Ornegin: 1-Serbest bolge de yerlesik A firmasi, yurt disinda yerlesik B firmasina e-fatura kesme zorunlulugu var mi? 2-Serbest bolge de yerlesik A firmasi, Turkiye sinirlari icinde yerlesik B firmasina e-fatura kesme zorunlugu var mi? yada tam tersi? Eger serbest bolge de yerlesik firmalara e-fatura zorunlugu var ise kayit ve gerekli bilgiler nelerdir? Cevabiniz icin simdiden tesekkurler | ||||
| Ek Bilgi | I have understood that in Turkey companies can be located in so called special economic areas, or Free Zones, from and to where all supplies need to be treated as imports/exports even though the zone is located within Turkey. My question to you is, does this mean that such transactions are exempted from the Turkish obligation of issuing only electronic invoices? ( I am asking since I know that cross-border electronic invoicing is not permitted in Turkey.) Or if e-invoicing is mandatory also for suppliers/buyers located in these zones, are there any additional requirements/registration procedures these companies must take into account?” | ||||
